'November promotion' offer: “Half Price, Full Fitness"

Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Inc. (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer is available at The Y Auckland City, The Y Ellerslie Leisure Centre, The Y Hamilton Recreation Centre, The Y Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre, The Y North Shore Recreation Centre, The Y Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre, The Y Massey Recreation Centre, The Y Glen Innes Leisure Centre and The Y Onehunga War Memorial Pool.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer of a 50% discount on selected membership fees will apply from the membership start date until 1st February 2025, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer is available on the 6 Month Adult Single Site or 6 Month Adult Regional membership types.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer is available on 6 Month Minimum Term. This membership is ongoing and will continue indefinitely until request to cancel is provided to the centre in writing. Cancellation within the 6-month minimum term will be subject to standard cancellation terms and conditions.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer is available is available - for weekly, monthly and upfront options.
• To qualify for the ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer and a 50% discount on selected membership fees until 1 February 2025’ offer, You must not have been a member at any of the participating The Y centres in the last six months before 1 November 2024.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer is available from 1 November 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• To qualify for the ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer, your membership must start between the period of 1 November 2024 and 30 November 2024, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• Your membership start date will be the date you purchase your membership. The membership account is not transferrable to any other person.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions. Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge, MetCon & Jiu Jitsu classes are not included in the ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ offer. Additional charges will apply.
• The ‘Half Price, Full Fitness’ membership will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of the chosen participating The Y centre.

• The ‘Adult Freedom’ offer of a 50% discount on Adult Freedom membership fees will apply from the membership start date until 31 March 2025, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre.
• The ‘Adult Freedom’ offer is available on the Adult Freedom membership type.
• The ‘Adult Freedom’ offer is available on an Adult Freedom term. This membership is ongoing and will continue indefinitely until request to cancel is provided to the centre in writing.
