Celebrating 20 years with the Y: Tevita Holani

Living a healthy and active lifestyle - long-time member Tevita has seen his fair share of gyms around Auckland but says YMCA Lagoon Pool and Leisure Centre is his favourite. "I just like the friendly environment, everyone here is pretty much family".

Tevita also has a child who takes swimming lessons so he finds it a perfect time for an extra workout or even a relaxing spa and sauna session.

We really love how Tevita continues to enjoy our services all year long- rain or shine. He is a great storyteller and you can always find him interacting with other members and staff bringing in the best vibe!
