How did you first get into fitness?

Growing up in a small country town with 3 brothers, not playing sport wasn't exactly an option. For as long as I can remember, my life has revolved around sport and being overly competitive.

What motivated you to become a fitness trainer?

During school and university, I became increasingly interested in the theoretical side of human performance but could count the number of times I'd been in a weights gym on two hands. By pure luck, I landed a job in a strength and conditioning gym after graduating from Sports Science, without realising that I was about to join a team of the most passionate, knowledgable, and kind Exercise Professionals I have ever met. That's the moment I started taking things seriously.

Tell something about yourself that people don’t know?

I moved to Auckland from Perth last January without knowing a single person in New Zealand. Came up with the idea while drinking during NYE celebrations.
