How did you first get into
fitness?
I was born into a Defence Force family lifestyle, a lifestyle which was grounded in
various type of sport and fitness. Since childhood I have been
blessed to receive the knowledge and understanding of fitness from my father.
So, I decided to be a part of the industry.
2. What motivated you to become a fitness trainer?
My physiotherapist and sports science degrees and experience have given me a wide range of knowledge and experience to work in rehabilitation throughout the community. I love to see my clients achieve their fitness goals, which was my motivation to become a fitness trainer.
3. Tell something about yourself that people don’t know?
I love what I do and I am always extremely excited to share that knowledge with people who care about helping themselves. Positive feedback is one of the highlights of my role.
