We think variety is the spice of life, which is why we offer a wide range of group fitness classes at Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre managed by The Y (formerly known as YMCA).

There’s something for everyone, from high energy, high impact classes like Box & Burn, to the more relaxing (but still effective and energising) classes like Pilates and Tai Chi.
