Are you looking for affordable venue hire? Here at Lynfield Youth & Leisure Centre managed by The Y (formerly known as YMCA) offer a range of venues and facilities, from our courts and stadium for sports events, to private functions in the Roskill Room.
Our stadium caters for a variety of popular indoor sports including basketball, badminton, volleyball, gymnastics, indoor soccer, and more.
The Roskill Room can comfortably accommodate 120 people seated or 170 people standing, so it is an ideal community hall for hire – you can host your next corporate event, training session or celebration here. We can provide tables, chairs and an excellent sound system, while a full kitchen is available for your catering needs.
If you’re looking for kids birthday party venues in Auckland, then we can help. The Youth Room can accommodate 40 people seated or 70 standing, or we can offer the Chillout Room for a smaller gathering – it has an outdoor play area that can also be hired as a kids birthday party venue.

Stadium
The Stadium here at Lynfield caters for a variety of popular indoor sports including but not limited to; Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Indoor Soccer, and more.Changing rooms and toilets are located close to the stadium.
Roskilll Room
This is a function room available to hire for your meeting, training, church group, or party functions. It can comfortably accommodate 120 people seated or 170 standing. We can also provide tables, chairs and an excellent sound system for your event. A full kitchen is available to compliment your catering requirements. This area is also excellent for children’s birthday parties.
Youth Room
This is a function room available to hire for your meeting, training, church group, or party functions. It can comfortably accommodate over 40 people seated or 70 standing. We can also provide tables, chairs and an excellent sound system for your event. A full kitchen is available to compliment your catering requirements.
Chillout Room
We have a smaller room for children with an outdoor play area that is also available for hire on request.
