What we supply:

• P.A system for music, with AUX so that you can play your own music or we can play ours
• Exclusive use of our kitchen facilities which include an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, table and chair
• The Y party host to assist you with running the birthday party (Not included in the basic package)
• Cleaning equipment and rubbish bags
• Toy Story Bouncy Castle (extra cost)
You will need to:
• Bring your own food, drinks, cake, cutlery and decorations
• Plan a theme or additional party games
• Leave the kitchen and foyer in a clean and tide state before leaving

Birthday Parties at The Y Hamilton!
Birthday Party Plan
• Send all your guests into the stadium to participate in activities, giving you time to set up in the kitchen.
• When you are ready, welcome your guests into the kitchen for food, cake, and presents!
• Send all your guests back into the stadium for more fun and activities. This allows you to pack down the kitchen.
If you don’t want your guests arriving during your set up or leaving during your pack down:
• You can request extra time if available (at an extra cost), or you can invite your guests at different times during your booking.

"I held my daughter's 5th birthday at YMCA Hamilton on 19th august. Our host for the party was good with the kids and helped us run to schedule. She was committed to health and safety regulations and helped to clean up afterwards. The bouncy castle was a huge hit with the kids, The gymnastics equipment was well set up and there was other equipment such as balls etc to play with. Great venue for larger party at a fantastic price. I have already recommended the ymca to others and will continue to do so. Such a fun day, everyone loved it!"
