Learn to swim (LTS) as an adult can be a daunting prospect – so it’s a brave decision to make! It’s never too late to learn, and having a good understanding of swimming technique and safety around water means that you’ll not only be better equipped to stay safe yourself, but you’ll be able to make sure that your kids or other young people around you stay safe too. Tri-Squads are triathlete swim squads. It requires a high level of endurance, strength, and technique. Athletes must be able to swim 500m (15 laps) comfortably in our 33m pool. Our aim is to provide you the necessary training help to you achieve your fitness goals. Program total workout distance between 3.0km - 4.6km (depending on the day)
These smaller groups are perfect for adults new to swimming. Our patient and experienced teachers will help you overcome any fears or apprehensions putting you on the path to becoming a relaxed and competent swimmer.
These classes are for adults wanting to improve their swimming skills such as breathing and stroke correction. We will teach you the technical components of swimming helping you to become more confident and competent in the water, swimming further and faster more efficiently.
If you've mastered Freestyle and Backstroke and are ready to tackle advanced strokes like Breaststroke or Butterfly, this class is perfect for you. We'll start with the fundamentals of kicking and arm movements, then progress to breathing techniques and timing.
