We all have fond memories of going on school camp, and it’s no wonder as school camps are such an important part of our personal development and schooling tradition. Modern life has its pressures that can make school camps a challenge to organise, but with over 70 years’ experience of running The Y (formerly YMCA) school camps, Camp Adair knows what works.
Only 50 minutes from Auckland's CBD, The Y Camp Adair offers schools both residential and day camps. We have the beautiful Hunua Ranges right on our doorstep, while offering a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities to enhance your EOTC programme.
The Y Camp Adair currently offers the following school camps:
· Residential school camps of two to five days, staying in one of The Y Camp Adair’s self-contained villages including our field camp option.
· Day programmes for schools who prefer to stay locally, or to bring their students for a day of outdoor and adventure activities.
In our beautiful surroundings and with so many adventure activities, you and your students can look forward to a fun and rewarding school camp at The Y Camp Adair in Auckland.
Healthy, wholesome meals are a key part of every camp. The Y Camp Adair offers fully catered options with a range of
meal choices. Our meals can cater for clients that have dietary restrictions such as gluten, dairy, nut, vegetarian or religious requirements.
At The Y Camp Adair we understand that the requirements and camp objectives are different for every school. To accommodate this Camp Adair tailor makes programmes for every school group based on their unique needs.
