What will you be doing?
- Instruct all courses, classes and competitions in a professional manner to ensure a quality learning experience for all participants
- Deliver on lesson plans for every level taught
- Ensure lessons are taught in accordance with relevant YMCA and industry standards and recommendations
- Create and foster a positive environment for clients
- Ensure the correct use of equipment at all times
- Ensure all activities are delivered on time · Set up and pack down equipment for all activities in a timely manner
What experience/skills do you need?
- Previous Coaching experience and good teaching ability
- Programme planning and presentation ability
- Technical skill development experience
